Deposits are NON refundable. If appointments are cancelled or changed before 48 hours of the appointment time, the deposit can be carried forward to the new appointment. Anything after this will require a new deposit to rebook.

If appointments are cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, there will be a half to full charge for the appointment depending on the service booked.
